Mr. WU GUO LIANG started his career with the Singaporean Ministry of Law. He then proceeded to serve its subsidiary Statutory Board, Singapore Land Authority, working on national policies, organizational development and strategic planning. He joined the CapitaLand Group of Companies in early 2004, initially with Raffles Holdings, and later with CapitaLand HQ. During his stint with CapitaLand, he was in charge of the Group’s business planning, performance management and competition intelligence departments. Other responsibilities included providing support to the President and CEO on strategic investments, corporate strategies and organisational development matters. His responsibilities also included incubating new business fields for strategic growth and investigating the feasibility of new businesses & markets.

He is currently the Executive Director of International Energy Group Pte. Ltd.  Mr. WU GUO LIANG is currently also adviser of investor relations and incubation of new business areas for strategic growth on the boards of various enterprises such as a US-listed Asia-based Infocomm entertainment company, and SGX-listed healthcare and abalone companies. He has direct business interest in several sectors across wellness and food & beverage.

He was the President of the Singapore Baseball & Softball Association, and has been active in various civic and social organizations.

Mr. WU GUO LIANG graduated from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh with BSc (Hons) in Construction Management and University of Reading with an MSc in Real Estate (Finance & Economics).  He is currently pursuing a Finance EMBA with Tsinghua University focusing on Belt & Road Initiatives.

Ms. Foo Pei graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic University of Singapore.

She has more than 20 years of experience in futures trading, the medical industry, and company operations management.

In 2017, she joined Jingying International Industry Holdings Ltd. as the Operations Director, and was later appointed as the Operations Director and Secretary of the Board of Directors of China Liquor Ltd. on Jan. 9th 2019.

Authority: Responsible for the internal coordination and external communication of the company's administrative management department.

Mr. Loh Soon Pau was appointed as Vice President of ASEAN Market Development Division of Singapore JingYing International Industry Holdings Pte. Ltd. in 2019, and later in 2022 as the Senior Director of International Marketing Division.

Mr. Loh Soon Pau as an Executive Director and CEO of CHN Fortune Spirit Sdn. Bhd. on Oct.15th 2020. In 2021, he was appointed as an Assistant Chief Financial Officer of China Liquor Ltd., Singapore. Mr. Loh also as an auditor in Singapore after his graduation in 2010, involved in the auditing of various companies in different industries in Singapore and abroad during his service. In 2014, he returned to Malaysia and joined the International Brand Forklift Company as an Assistant Sales Manager, while also contributing to the task of the market development. In 2016, he was appointed as General Manager of the company's marketing division.

Mr. Tey Keng Guan joined Jingying International Group Pte. Ltd. in March 2022 as Business Director of the International Marketing Division.

Before taking up his current position, he founded the online marketing company Shine On Digital in 2019. He was a lecturer at Southern University College from 2015 to 2018, and won the Teaching Excellence Award in 2016. From 2013 to 2021, he founded Creative Volt Sdn.Bhd., bringing together hundreds of artists to promote local art to all around the world. From 2009 to 2013, he founded Yibon Creative Sdn Bhd.

He is a Malaysian HRDF certified trainer and obtained Taiwanese certified brand management certificate. He has been invited by schools, colleges and universities to present on campus.

Ms. Joey Saw graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College of Malaysia and she has more than 20 years experience in accounting and tax services. In year 2003, she joined ICM Management Services Sdn Bhd as Account and Tax Executive for 5 years and she move to construction company named PJ Indah Sdn Bhd for 4 years. She then joined UMW Toyota Motor Sdn Bhd in year 2012 as Account Manager with a team of 12 subordinates that in-charge 36 branches of account in Malaysia. As a founder of Vcare Management Services established in year 2018 that dealing in homestay operators, property management and consultancy company. She is also currently hold position of Chief Administrative Officer(CAO) for ZhongHua Baijiu Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Jingying International Group Pte. Ltd. with the nature of business in import & trading of various kinds of beverages, liquor and spirits.
